    Vietnam-Airline.com Launches Latest Website Design With Brand New Features

    With the freshly launched design and novel smart features, Vietnam-Airline.com is now one step closer to its goal of becoming one of the most important online agents for Vietnam Airlines and other airlines operating flights to, from, and within Vietnam. The latest web design is not only attractive in colors but also extremely user-friendly with new applications enabled.

    In 2011, Vietnam welcomed over 6 million international visitors, a significant number that has surpassed expectations of both tourism authority and businesses. The rise in tourist counts both leads to and is caused by a significant increase in air travel volume, both domestic and international ones. Without doubt, contributing greatly to this trend is a growing number of online booking agents which facilitate the digitization of flight ticket purchasing process and one of them is Vietnam-Airline.com.

    According to Mr. David Nguyen, the company’s sales manager, their customers are as diverse as it can ever be: “We receive a growing market of domestic travelers, a steady number of international passengers and especially more and more overseas Vietnamese, who are returning to visit their home country.” Explaining the decision to change the website design, Mr. Nguyen attributed it to the more and more informed and thus demanding customers these days: “The availability and abundance of online travel agents are obvious: anyone in the competition feels the heat and the ultimate success belongs to those who know how to satisfy the pickiest passengers.”

    Along with new website design, certain features are added to make information as accessible to users as possible. For example, Vietnam Airlines’ baggage allowance and web-check in service are well explained in the flight guide section of the web. On popular routes such as Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City, detailed information about flight schedule and aircraft is also offered. Not only that, Vietnam-Airline.com now allows its customers to check their ticket status online just by inputting their ID number and email address.

    The new web is launched just before Tet Holiday 2012, a marked cultural and religious holiday to all Vietnamese. 2012 is sure to be full of surprises and hopes for the company as it races forwards.
