Scaling Environments Require Capacity Management Support
To manage performance, capacity and costs in virtualized environments, VM administrators need to monitor over 20 metrics per virtual machine on at least a five minute interval. General Availability
Early availability of the VKernel vOperations Suite 4.6, which supports Red Hat, VMware and Hyper-V and can be installed as a virtual appliance on any one of those hypervisors is available now for a 30-day trial from http://www.vkernel.com. General availability of vOPS 4.6 will be on January 23, 2012. The Japanese version of vOPS 4.6 will be available in Q2 2012. Pricing starts at $299 per socket per application.
