Watch Kanye West’s DNC Fundraiser Performance
As previously reported, Kanye West had his most impressive opener of all time this past weekend: Barack Obama. After Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Committee fundraiser in San Francisco on Saturday, October 10, Kanye performed a 50-minute set on a beige stage in front of beige bleachers—a simple but effective set-up.
Clips of the performance have been circulating all weekend, but now the entire performance is available to watch in one video. The performance was previously rumored to include new songs from SWISH, but it seems the only new music was in the set’s opening minutes, when another vocalist sang an unknown song that transitioned into “Power.”
