Watch: AT&T’s first promo video for the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge
The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge are close to launching here in the U.S. and AT&T has produced a three-minute-plus promo video telling you why you should be interested in Samsung’s newest flagship phones.

The video starts off by highlighting the big overhaul Samsung gave to its old smartphone design, which now uses metal and not plastic. It then goes on to highlight the devices’ faster processors and the S6 edge’s novel curved display before going through the devices’ top camera features.
The most interesting segment in the video has to do with the dual-edge display on the S6 edge. While this new display is very eye-catching, AT&T points out that it’s there for more than aesthetic purposes.
“The unique dual-edge screen design allows you to manage feeds, check for notifications, get quick access to important contacts and more by simply swiping left from the top of the edge screen,” AT&T explains.
Samsung hasn’t yet officially announced the American release dates for both the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, although earlier leaks have claimed that it will be on April 10th. Given that Samsung gave AT&T the green light to publish its promo video, we imagine that an official announcement can’t be too far off.
