What to Watch Tonight: Justified's Final Season Premiere, the Return of The Flash and Supernatural, and the State of the Union Address

What to watch on Tuesday, January 20...

WINTER PREMIERE, 8pm, The CW
The Flash
Captain Cold is back in Central City in "Revenge of the Rogues"—and this time he's brought backup in the form of Mick "Heat Wave" Rory (Dominic Purcell). Can Flash foil their planned art heist, even after one of the team's own lands in the line of fire (and ice)?

8pm, Fox
MasterChef Junior
"Grandad Gordon!" gives the 12 remaining contestants a mystery box challenge involving ingredients that get better with age, like fine cheese and Nirvana's MTV Unplugged. Later, the contestants work with what Fox is calling "the most dangerous protein" in the show's history. Live dragon? Chicken à la C-4? Gary Busey? Tune in to find out!

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
Spencer and Caleb are on the hunt for Mona's missing laptop in "Over a Barrel," and not just because Spencer had a really butt-kicking game of Civilization V saved on there. While their quest skirts the edges of Toby's rules, Aria's plan to come clean to Ezra is sidetracked and Pastor Ted's return puts Hanna in a tough spot.

8pm & 8:30pm, NBC
Parks and Recreation
As Leslie's team works to bolster the National Park Service's case for taking ownership of the Newport land, Ron counters by teaming up with a celebrity in "William Henry Harrison." Then in "Leslie and Ron," the erstwhile allies attempt to put their current feud behind them.

Live, 9pm Eastern, ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, PBS, et al.
The 2015 State of the Union Address
President Barack Obama addresses the 114th Congress on the matters of greatest import to the Republic, such as whether the Machine from Person of Interest could beat the Daleks in a fight, how the heck Heroes Reborn is really a thing that's going to happen, and which DC Comics characters deserve their own CW series.

WINTER PREMIERE, 9pm, The CW
Supernatural
Dean's recent unpleasantness accelerates the boys' search for a Mark of Cain cure in "The Hunter Games." Elsewhere, Castiel tries to repair the damage to his relationship with Claire, and Rowena schemes against Crowley.

9pm, ABC Family
Switched at Birth
Bay has the chance to feature her art in a local showcase, if her legal difficulties don't interfere. Meanwhile in "I Lock the Door Upon Myself," Daphne squares off against a dorm prankster, Emmett makes a connection at film school, John contemplates the future, and Regina becomes smitten with an East Riverside coffee shop and its proprietor.

SEASON 6 PREMIERE, 10pm, FX
Justified
"Fate's Right Hand" opens the final season with Boyd plotting a brazen heist while Raylan maneuvers against his longtime frenemy. So, pretty much business as usual in ol' Harlan County, U.S.A.

10pm, Bravo
Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce
Abby prepares for a critical brand pitch and receives a visit from her brusque college buddy in "Rule #17: Ask the Answer Lady." Elsewhere, Jake lands a directing gig on his girlfriend's TV show, and Phoebe oversees a press preview for her jewelry line.

10pm, BET
Real Husbands of Hollywood
Nick needs a small favor from Kevin in "Vote for Kidney." A small, organ-shaped favor. But Kevin's attention is occupied by a competition with Spoken Reasons when Falling Legend and 47 ½ Hours premiere on the same night at adjacent theaters.

10pm, TBS
Ground Floor
Brody is bummed to learn that Jenny is opposed to the married life in "Wicked Wedding." And speaking of nuptials, Mansfield hopes to avoid planning his daughter's.

10:30pm, TBS
Cougar Town
With Grayson helping Andy audition Bobby's replacement in "To Find a Friend," Jules and Ellie take the reins of the tavern. In other new responsibilities, Travis and Laurie enjoy their first weekend alone with Li'l Bobby.

10:30pm, Comedy Central
