April and Jackson have an agonizing decision to make in "All I Could Do Was Cry." Meanwhile, Catherine runs into Richard at the hospital, Amelia offers Stephanie less carrot and more stick, and Meredith plans to visit Derek, if only she can find someone to take the tykes off her hands.
