Saturday Night Live
Host Amy Adams reteams with musical guest One Direction, her old co-stars from The Muppets. Wait, what? I'm sorry, I'm being told One Direction are not technically classified as Muppets. What to Watch This Weekend regrets the error.

8pm, TNT
The Librarians
The Serpent Brotherhood plans to assassinate Kris Kringle in "And Santa's Midnight Run"—y'know, just in case calling themselves "the Serpent Brotherhood" didn't drive their black-hat nature home solidly enough. Can the Librarians save Christmas and help Santa pull off his actual super-secret mission in the process?

SEASON 4 FINALE, 9pm, Showtime
Homeland
Carrie and Saul are back in the U.S. of A. in "Long Time Coming," where Carrie must reckon with what she saw in Islamabad while Saul plows through like a zillion hours worth of Project Runway stored up on his DVR.
