Over the weekend, Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron joined Twitter, adding to the list of world leaders now active on the social networking site.
Already, @David_Cameron has more than 93,000 followers. He's following only 34 accounts, including several UK Members of Parliament, British Foreign Secretary William Hague and London Mayor Boris Johnson.

Cameron's first tweet promised not to overload followers with "too many" updates:
I'm starting Conference with this new Twitter feed about my role as Conservative Leader. I promise there won't be "too many tweets..."
