    Winningest Musher in the World Jeff King Comes Out of Retirement After a Good Night’s Sleep

    As the as the “Winningest Musher in the World,” Jeff King’s victories include not only the 1,049 mile Iditarod Sled Dog Race in 1993, 1996, 1998, and 2006, but also more than two dozen first place finishes in races all across Alaska. During the past 20 years, King has logged more than 100,000 miles on a dog sled. He was inducted into the Iditarod Hall of Fame in 1999 and is a skilled dog trainer who recently spoke at the 2011 International Association of Canine Professionals Conference.
