Woman falls to her death from Daytona Beach Shores condo
A woman fell to her death at the Oceans 8 condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores Sunday morning and police are investigating to determine how it happened, officials said.
The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. at 2937 South Atlantic Avenue, said Mike Fowler, director of the Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety.

"It was a 54-year-old female. She fell from the 16th floor," Fowler said.
According to daytona-condos.com, Oceans 8 condos is a 21-story structure with 168 units with 9 units on each floor.
Fowler said foul play is not suspected. The woman's death remains under investigation.
