This woman knows how to take advantage of every cloud's silver lining.

Ana-Alecia Ayala, who is currently fighting rhabdomyosarcoma, shared a video on Instagram of herself and a buddy absolutely slaying some dance moves while Ayala was at a chemo treatment.

Please enjoy their impressive choreography and the sounds of "Juju on That Beat," a song that people often film themselves dancing to and post online.

"Who says cancer and chemo have to get get you down? We'll have the last laugh!!" Ayala wrote on Instagram. "Having an awesome chemo buddy like @danilax21 who is ALWAYS down for a dance party helps too! We want to show the world that dancing and laughter is the BEST medicine."
