Woman's body found; Gadsden police investigating
Gadsden police continue to investigate a woman’s death, according to a news release.
Officers were called to the area of Hickory and Randall streets about 2:14 p.m. Thursday, after reports that a body had been discovered.
The woman was identified as Crystal Nelson.
No other information was released, although police described this as “an isolated incident with no ongoing threat to the community.”
They asked anyone with information on Nelson or her death to contact detective Nick Keener at 256-549-4634.
