Workflow Designer review

Workflow Designer allows you to build documentation that demonstrates workflows or procedures. For organizations with complex operational structures, this software provides a very easy-to-use tool for creating documents that anyone should be able to follow.

Pros

Complex workflows: In testing, Workflow Designer accommodated any curve balls we threw at it.

Navigation tabs: The right side of the screen is dominated by the tabs, which access a number of very important options for configuring your workflow. You can add tasks, workflow details, standards, and more. The tabs are easy to navigate and provide for all of the major options to create a specific and detailed workflow document.

Familiar drawing tools: Even if you've never created a workflow using this type of program before, the tools should be familiar to you. The drawing tools that let you set up your initial document are similar to those used in all other graphically oriented programs.

Cons

Lack of templates: Some preinstalled templates for basic workflows could have made this program much more useful right out of the box, especially if you've never designed your own before.

Bottom Line

Overall, if you need to create workflow documents, this is a great program. It is flexible, powerful, and should be able to create any type of workflow document that you require.
