WorkFlowy is an innovative note-taking app that lets you jot down anything and everything you need to remember in a way that will let you find it again easily. With infinitely nested lists and smooth navigation, this app will quickly be your go-to option for keeping things organized.
Pros
Sync across devices: WorkFlowy helps you stay organized when you're on the go and at your computer. Just install it on any device you choose, and then log in to your account to automatically sync all data, so you'll always have access to all the information you need.
List options: Nesting lists inside of lists inside of lists is one of the great advantages of this app. The app's intuitive navigation allows you to zoom in and out of lists with ease, and you can also mark items completed to keep track of your progress in all areas.
Cons
No sharing: There is no way to send data from this app to others, and you can't send your lists in an email either. In fact, the only way we found to get information out of the app and into another place was to take a screenshot of the list and then send the image. But that eliminates the functionality of the program, and so isn't a very satisfactory solution.
Bottom Line
WorkFlowy is a great free tool for staying organized and on top of all kinds of things in your life. The way it allows you to nest lists inside of lists makes it easy to find what you're looking for quickly, and its minimalist interface offers just the features you need without distraction.
