World Series live stream: How to watch Cubs vs. Indians Game 5 online

108 years later, the Cubs are hanging on by a thread. After an impressive performance on both sides of the baseball in Game 2, the Chicago Cubs were shut out on Friday night and clobbered on Saturday night. Now, with the series in the balance and the Indians up 3-1, the Cubs have to find a way to win at Wrigley tonight when Game 5 kicks off at 8:08PM ET on Fox.

Cubs starter John Lackey was relatively effective in Game 4, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits (only 2 earned) in 5 innings. But any hope of a comeback flew out of the ballpark alongside the Jason Kipnis three-run home run in the seventh inning.

Indians ace Corey Kluber, on the other hand, was once again nearly pristine, lasting 6 innings and giving up a single run on the night. The Cubs managed to get to Andrew Miller with an eighth inning homer, but it wasn't nearly enough.

On Sunday night, in what could be the final game of the World Series, Cubs ace Jon Lester (19-5) will try to outduel Trevor Bauer (12-8). It's worth noting that Bauer picked up the only Indians loss of the series so far in Cleveland last week.

Remember, you’ll need a cable subscription in order to log in.
