New York City's roads to close to non-emergency traffic on Monday night

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York City's roads and streets will be indefinitely closed to non-emergency vehicles from 11 p.m. EST on Monday as potentially record-breaking blizzard heads toward the city, Mayor Bill de Blasio said.
