Zambia planning to add 1,500 MW to national grid by 2020

CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - Zambia will add 1,500 megawatts to its power grid by 2020 in a bid to ease power shortages that have hobbled the copper-producer's economy, mining minister Christopher Yaluma said on Wednesday. (Reporting by Olivia Kumwenda-Mtambo; Editing by Joe Brock)
