Zoner Photo Studio review
Zoner Photo Studio 17 surpasses other premium photo and graphics suites with great functionality, plenty of features, and an intuitive layout.
Pros
Intuitive organization: Zoner Photo Studio's modular interface opens with the default Manager view, which places tabs at the top, as well as the Import, Viewer, Editor, and RAW modules.
Helper programs: You can designate a helper program for every file format Zoner Photo Studio handles.
Monitor calibration: A built-in monitor-calibration tool ensures accurate color rendering and shading.
Good stuff: Zoner Photo Studio has too many features and extras to list. Some standouts: Audio Notes, 3D and Panorama image capability, JPEG extraction from files, custom keywords, and geotagging (including GPS data from Google Earth).
Cons
Too different: Some users might find Zoner Photo Studio's way of doing things a bit too different for an easy transition.
Bottom Line
Zoner Photo Studio 17 stands out from competing photo and graphics editors in the $90 range, which serves both pros and skilled amateurs. Its useful extras and intuitive layout make it more than just another Photoshop clone.
Editors' note: This is a review of the full version of Zoner Photo Studio 17. The trial version is limited to 30 days.
