$1,000 reward offered in death of man found near freeway

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Two years after a man was found dead near a local freeway, San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit are still searching for answers.

They are offering a $1,000 reward for more information that leads to an arrest in the death of 37-year-old Abram Santos.

Police ID man found dead near San Diego freeway off-ramp

On Feb. 13, 2022, Santos was found dead near the 43rd Street off-ramp near southbound I-805 in Mountain View. Police say he had “apparent trauma to his upper body.”

Detectives believe Santos was killed elsewhere before his body was left near the freeway.
