1 dead, several injured in Clark County multi-vehicle crash: deputies

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A crash involving multiple vehicles left one dead and several injured in Amboy, Washington Friday afternoon.

Just after 3 p.m. deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of the crash near the 18600 block of Northeast 399th Street.

Officials say several vehicles were involved in the crash that left at least one driver with significantly injured. However, while en route to the hospital, one of the drivers died from their injuries.

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Homicide Unit was called out to conduct an investigation and the roadway was closed for the duration.
