A person is hospitalized following a two-car crash in Clark County late Saturday afternoon.

Clark County medics and sheriff’s deputies were dispatched around 5:22 p.m. to the intersection of Folk Ream and Johnson Roads on initial reports of a crash in German Township, according to Clark County dispatchers.

Deputies told News Center 7 at the scene two cars were involved, one failed to yield, and then crashed into the other.

Medics transported one person to Springfield Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
