Not only were four of the seven winning Fantasy 5 tickets sold at a Publix super market on Feb. 14, but lottery officials announced on Valentine's Day a Tampa man won $1 million with a scratch-off ticket.

Who won $1 million playing Florida Lottery scratch-off game?
Abdallah Adlouni of Tampa, claimed a $1 million prize after playing 500X The Cash.
He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000.
Where was the $1 million Florida scratch-off ticket sold?
Adlouni purchased his winning ticket from Publix, 3700 Fourth St. North in St. Petersburg.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
