$10,000 shopping spree part of 2024 St. Jude Dream Home giveaway
MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio (WJW) — Northeast Factory Direct is partnering with FOX 8 and the St. Jude Dream Home giveaway for the fourth year in a row.
The Northeast Ohio company believes in the lifesaving work happening at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and is offering a big prize once again (as seen in the video at the top of the story).

The Northeast Factory Direct prize of a $10,000 shopping spree is available for all who take a tour of the dream home, once the Mayfield Village house is finished and open for tours.
The St. Jude Dream Home Sell-a-Thon benefits St. Jude Children’s Hospital and is taking place this Thursday at 6 a.m.
This year’s dream home is valued at over $700,000. The 2,400-square-foot, two-story home, has four bedrooms and three and a half baths.
Last year, Fox 8 and St. Jude sold 25,000 tickets and there are 26,000 this year.

Each ticket costs $100 and gives you the chance to win the dream home courtesy of Skoda Construction. Other prizes include a car from Nick Abraham Auto Mall and a hot tub from Litehouse Pools and Spas.
