These are the 10 best companies to work for in SC in 2023, Forbes says. Do you agree?

Work can be a fulfilling endeavor for some and a daily grind for others. For many it’s just what you do to pay the bills.

Still, who you work for can make a huge difference.

There are many types of companies to work for in South Carolina, but some are better than others. Be it higher pay, more benefits or quality working conditions, certain companies just have more to offer.

But how can you know which employers are the best without getting hired there first?

Global media company Forbes recently partnered with market research firm Statista to survey 70,000 workers at companies with a minimum of 500 employees in all 50 states and the district of Columbia. The workers were asked if they would recommend their employer to others and to evaluate that employer based on diversity, working conditions, compensation packages, potential for development, company image and more.

The participants also assessed other employers not their own. All the surveys were anonymous.

The number of companies on each state’s list vary by the size of it’s companies and workforce. Forbes listed a total of 55 companies for South Carolina.
