As the world contends with social justice issues, companies are increasingly looking for leaders who will help them meet diversity and inclusion goals they made after George Floyd's murder.

If you're a worker with goal of becoming a diversity officer or even a regular corporate manager, it's important to know how to navigate a diverse workforce and be an inclusive person.
