Steve Dozier of Steve Dozier Group, Allen Tate/Beverly-Hanks, Realtors, recently broke down the top 10 most expensive homes currently on the market in Henderson County with the Times-News, and those were featured in an article on Sept. 29.

But what about the 10 least expensive homes on the market in the county? Dozier provided those as well, and of these 10 homes, only one isn't a condominium or a mobile home. They are listed below, with their selling prices and other details, as provided by the Steve Dozier Group:
