From panoramic waterfront views, to custom designed architecture, to grand sweeping staircases, Brunswick County's luxury real estate market saw numerous successes in 2023.

Properties, some with price tags over $6 million, successfully closed sales last year.

Here's a list of the top 10 most expensive homes that sold in Brunswick County in 2023, according to Full Circle Real Estate Group.

1. 710 Shoals Watch Way, Bald Head Island

This five-bedroom, six-bathroom home located on Bald Head Island sold for $6.75 million.

The main level of the property is "punctuated by floor-to-ceiling rafters reminiscent of a whale's ribcage," alongside the property's 270-degree ocean views, screened porches, and private boardwalk beach access according to the Zillow listing.

This home, ranked as the most expensive sale in Brunswick County in 2023, sold on Aug. 31.

2. 41 Craven St., Ocean Isle Beach

On Dec. 6, 2023, this home sold for $3.25 million.
