Here are the 10 most expensive homes sold in Stephenson County in March

FREEPORT — The region’s real estate market remains red hot, despite rising interest rates and a continued shortage of inventory.

Which of the homes on the market in the area last month fetched the big bucks?

The following is a list of the 10 most expensive homes sold during March in Stephenson County.

5758 Illinois Route 26 North, Freeport

This five bedroom, four bath home is located on a cliff overlooking Cedar Creek.

The home was completely renovated in 2018 including a new roof, siding, plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
