The Montgomery Biscuits are ready for another stretch of home games at Riverwalk Stadium, this time against Mississippi Braves. Here's what to expect:

  • Tuesday 6:35 p.m.: Visit The Golden Sombrero to get $2 beef and $3 chicken soft shell tacos!

  • Wednesday 6:35 p.m.: Active, veteran, and retired military personnel with a military ID will receive admission, food, and drink discounts throughout the stadium. Stop by the Club Car Bar to get $5 craft beer drafts.

  • Thursday, 6:35 p.m.: Get to the game early to go home with a Country Music Night t-shirt! Gates open at 5:30 p.m. This is for the first 1,000 fans 15 and older. It's also Thirsty Thursday — 1/2 off domestic drafts and cans throughout the ballpark.

  • Friday, 6:35 p.m.: Get to the game early to go home with a Biscuits jersey rally towel, presented By Reinhardt Lexus. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. It's for the first 1,000 fans of all ages.

  • Saturday 6:05 p.m.: It's Family Faith Night — a night of fellowship as churches from around Montgomery come together for faith-based music and games. Stay after the game for MAX Fireworks.

  • Sunday 3:33 p.m.: Get there early for a free Lil' Crumbs hat. Gates open at 2:30 p.m. Hats are for first 500 kids age 14 and younger. There's a pre-game catch on the field from 2:30-3 p.m., so bring your glove and a ball. It's also Bark in the Park, so bring your dog along. After the game, stick around for a post-game run around the bases. Line will start at the top of Section 117 in the 9th inning.

It’s too bad the huge Montgomery Whitewater adventure park isn’t open yet, because The Beach Boys could have surfed it when they get into town Wednesday. Instead, they’ll be filling the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre with “Good Vibrations” from more than 60 years worth of tunes. The Beach Boys are led by Mike Love, with longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Scott Totten, Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Keith Hubacher and Randy Leago. This concert will not feature Brian Wilson, Al Jardine or David Marks.

Continuing their celebration of American Craft Beer Week, Leroy is holding a crawfish boil, and they'll have DJ Casequarter in the house. They're also featuring craft beer from Stone, Ferus, Uproot, Monday Night, Maine Beer Co., & Common Bond.

Now in its 44th year, the Montgomery Jubilee Run is raising funds for the Alabama Sheriff's Youth Ranches. There's an 8K, plus a 2-mile run/walk in honor of Peggy McLendon Lanier.

It's two events in one, as the city of Prattville celebrates National Kids to Parks Day. It starts with Mayor Bill Gillespie Jr.'s Bike Ride at 9:45 a.m. at Upper Kingston Park for ages 8 and up. Ages 7 and under will begin at the Chamber of Commerce. Rides end at Pratt Park, where from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. they'll have Touch a Truck. Kids of all ages are invited to explore the vehicles that serve the community.

All gates will open at 10 a.m. and the first batch of Crawfish will be dumped on the Crawfish tables very shortly thereafter. They'll be cooking 7,000 pounds of crawfish this year. Hamburgers, hotdogs, BBQ and other treats for the kids avaiilable to purchase. The Pike Road Patriot Fund is a 501 (C) (3) organization that’s sole purpose is to fund arts and athletics for Pike Road Schools. It's an inaugural event, and the Hilltop Howlers are doing it up right. Hilltop Art Festival is going to feature artists, musicians, vendors and food trucks from across the region. It's a family-friendly event.

The quest for the Golden King Kong Gorilla Trophies returns in this ginormous car, truck and audio show. Over 100 trophies will be awarded, including 10 Golden Gorillas. They’ve also got awards planned for super trucks, SUVs, Jeeps, side by sides, bikes, ATVs, on and off road vehicles. You can bring tents, but no outside food. Food vendors will be on site.

We've got a first time major motorcycle event happening in Montgomery Saturday, with a name and face all motorcycle enthusiasts know. Paul Sr. of Orange County Choppers and TV's "American Chopper" is going to be there taking photos with fans. Bring your bike and show it off — there's dedicated parking for bikes. They'll have music from Souled Out Groove. Food trucks will be on site.Thgis event's a partnership between Orange County Choppers and The Vance Law Firm. Register online and you could win signed OCC merchandise. This event is a fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Alabama.

If you're looking for a night of real Southern gospel music, we have some greats coming in Sunday. It's The Kingsmen, a group that's been around since 1956, when they formed in the mountains of western North Carolina. They've earned 3 Dove Awards, and been nominated 19 times. This concert is part of a monthly gospel series fro the church, so look for more to come.
