Next week on Neighbours, Brent's dodgy actions have massive ramifications for those in Erinsborough, while could there be a new romance brewing between Hendrix and Mackenzie?

Here are 10 Neighbours spoilers to look forward to next week.

1. Things remain awkward for Hendrix and Mackenzie

After they shared a moment cowering in fear on the sofa from a spider, Hendrix and Mackenzie are left feeling on edge about it – neither knowing what the other is thinking.

Toadie, who now feels protective of Mackenzie following Shane and Dipi leaving, decides he should intervene. Toadie goes to have a chat with Hendrix, but only ends up making things more uncomfortable than they were in the first place.

2. Brent's actions have a dramatic impact

Brent is determined to get some cash so that he and Emmett can have a fresh start and he continues to be caught up in the dodgy exploits of Holden.

Next week sees the pair plan a robbery at The Hive when they learn that school equipment is being stored there and they quickly make plans to steal the lot.

But they are not alone when they head there as Emmett, Nicolette and Curtis are all on the scene too. Nicolette soon wishes she had not followed them when she is attacked and left trapped under some shelving.

3. Will Nicolette survive?

While Nicolette screams for help, Curtis is unable to hear her after he is also attacked by Holden and has his cochlear implant damaged in the process. She eventually loses consciousness and things are not looking good for her or the baby.

Luckily, Jane makes her way to the scene and, horrified to see a trapped Nicolette, she quickly calls an ambulance and she is rushed to the hospital. Curtis, meanwhile, is wracked with guilt that he was unable to hear her and help. Will Nicolette and the baby be okay?

4. Jane loses her cool

Jane was feeling stressed even before Nicolette was injured in the robbery and now she has the worry of that to deal with too, she is in no mood to play nicely with the problems at work.

Jane wastes little time in confronting Susan and Curtis about the power tools being at The Hive – something she was adamantly against in the first place. Between that and the tension over the Year 13 initiative, it would seem that Jane could be about to burn some bridges at the school.

5. Will Brent confess to his crimes?

Emmett knows how much trouble Brent will be in if the police find out that he was the one who orchestrated the robbery, and it leads him to make a bold decision – taking the blame for being the brains behind it himself.

The only problem is that nobody believes Emmett would be capable of doing something so reckless and the finger of suspicion is still pointed firmly at Brent. But will Brent do the right thing and come forward, or will Emmett face the punishment instead?

6. Is there a spark between Ned and Sheila 2?

The second Sheila Canning in town has been a fan of Ned ever since he slyly let her know that Paul was playing with the figures at The Hive – a business she has a keen interest in buying.

Next week the two continue to bond and realise how much they have in common when Ned agrees to give her art lessons. But are the pair getting along too well? They are if you ask Bea, who notices the spark between them and begins to grow concerned. Is Bea onto something?

7. Harlow and Paul clash over Brent

It was never going to take much for them to clash again, but another dispute is heading Harlow and Paul's way next week and, unsurprisingly, it is all about Brent. The troubled teen is not popular on Ramsay Street, but Harlow wants to believe the best in him. Paul's actions and words indicate he does not share the sentiment.

The disagreement does not take long to escalate, and it soon reaches the point where Harlow can no longer be under the same roof as Paul – moving into Number 30. Will these two find a way to make amends?

8. Hendrix tries to understand his feelings

Hendrix and Harlow have both convinced each other that they only want to be friends, but are they being honest with themselves? Hendrix is given pause for thought when Mackenzie cancels their plans to hang out so she can look after Harlow, who is going through a tough time because of Brent.

Hendrix surprises himself when he feels down that they will not be spending time together – and it may have just clicked that he does see his friend as something more. But does Mackenzie feel the same?

9. Bea's suspicions grow

With Yashvi nursing a hideous hangover, Ned ends up spending more time with Sheila 2 and Bea continues to be suspicious that there may be something going on.

Sheila brings her car to the garage and Bea agrees to service it, but when she is inside, she spies a folder that is full of details about Ned – including his Fandangle photographs and all the information about his trouble with Scarlett.

Bea decides that other people need to see what Sheila has, so she swipes the folder – but will she regret it, and are Sheila's intentions on the level?

10. Sheila and Sheila bond

Sheila 1 has been feeling awkward around Sheila 2 after the whole incident involving her keeping the items that were sent to the wrong person, and she has been trying her best to make a good impression on her since.

The two Sheilas find an opportunity to bond next week when there is a lunch held at Number 26. While OG Sheila is keen that it goes well, she soon relaxes when the two women bond over discussing family. It seems there is a new friendship brewing between the Sheilas.
