10 summer beer releases from Bucks County breweries you should try – before they're kicked

Summer is a great time to tap into what the local craft beer industry has to offer.

Several breweries across Bucks County have limited releases of summer beers meant to conjure up images of the season — backyard cookouts, spontaneous road trips, scenic bike rides, lazy days spent fishing, catching a sunset, and late-night campfires.

From blonde ales and hazy IPAs to shandies and sours, each one is crafted with some sort of fruit element for a beer that’s both light and flavorful, perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

Ready to get yourself a glass, growler or 4-pack? Here are 10 summer craft beers in Bucks County to try before they’re kicked.

A light and refreshing American hefenweizen conditioned on blackberries to bring about a balance of malt and fruit flavors.

Their peach version, which debuted last summer is also available. Keep an eye out for the return of the original non-fruited and pineapple, as well as two new versions in raspberry and orange blossom, which are all set to be released throughout the summer.

A Mexican-style lager with lime brewed in collaboration with McCall Collective Brewing in Lehigh County.

It is available on tap at Free Will’s Perkasie taproom, which offers indoor and outdoor seating, and 4-packs to-go can be purchased at either location in Perkasie or Peddler’s Village.
