$100,000 winner among four big Eastern Shore tickets sold in Maryland Lottery

Maryland lottery scratch off tickets bought from The Chicken Man Food Store located on Snow Hill Rd. In Salisbury, Md.

It was a huge week for winners from the Eastern Shore in the Maryland Lottery this week, led off by a $100,000 winner in Hurlock, but also featuring three more big tickets sold.

The $100,000-winning ticket in the In the Money game was sold at the Shop Stop Express Market at 101 Broad St. in Hurlock. That was one of three $100,000 winners in the most recent announcement, the others in Adelphi and Glen Burnie.

But the Hurlock winner wasn't the only big ticket sold on the Lower Shore Fruitland and Pocomoke City players also purchased tickets worth $50,000.

A $50,000-winning Powerball ticket was sold March 26 at the Walmart in Fruitland, and the prize has been claimed. A $50,000-winning 50 Years! ticket was sold at the Goose Creek store at 2322 Stockton Road, Pocomoke City.

And that's not all, one lucky Salisbury player got in on the winning fun, too. A $10,000-winning Lucky Times 10 ticket was sold at the Wawa at 2740 North Salisbury Blvd.

Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery Claims Center in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only. Prizes of up to $5,000 can be claimed at any of more than 400 Expanded Cashing Authority Program (XCAP) locations. All Maryland Lottery retailers are authorized to redeem tickets up to and including $600. More information is available on the How To Claim page of mdlottery.com.
