100 for 9/11 march for veterans and first responders in need

The 100 mile march started from Fort Dix New Jersey this morning by military members, fire and police department in honor of the fallen on 9/11.

The group is also fundraising for the Gary Sinise Foundation that raises money for veterans and first responders in need.

The march stated Saturday morning, carrying the flag through the night until they reach the 9/11 memorial in New York. The group vows that the flag will never stop, once in motion.

Among the members marching is Jacksonville Native and a member of the US Army, Christopher Dowling. This will be his second time making this walk.
