10th Annual Princess Ball Father Daughter Dance set for Sunday

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — The 10th Annual Princess Ball Father Daughter Dance takes place Sunday, Feb. 4.

Each year, the dance celebrates the special bond between fathers and daughters.

Tickets for the dance are available at TicketMaster.com and only digital tickets will be issued this year. Anyone who mentions WAVY can take advantage of a buy one get one free special by emailing media@chesapeakeconference.com a screenshot of their purchase and our station call letters — WAVY. The offer does not apply to tickets purchased before Feb. 2.

The two types of tickets available:

  • Royal Admission: $80 per person + additional Ticketmaster fees. includes: early access to the event and vendors through the main doors starting at 11.30 a.m.; VIP gold entry band, exclusive meet & greet and singalong Papa John’s pizza party with the princesses, A scene and performance from “Matilda” from her upcoming show with the Hurrah Players.

  • General Admission: $45.00 per person + additional Ticketmaster fees

Both tickets include free parking, conference center buffet as well as other restaurant vendor food such as Papa John’s Pizza and Soulivia’s Soul Food. Additionally, there will be a princess castle photo backdrop with attendant for photo ops, Girl Scout activities, APEX Entertainment games and more.

The event takes place at 700 Conference center Drive, in Chesapeake. For royal admission doors open at 11:30 a.m. For general admission doors open at 1 p.m. The event will run until 4 p.m.
