Book reading and signing

6:30 p.m., Working Men's Institute, 407 Tavern St., New Harmony, Indiana. Free.

Former Indiana Poet Laureate Norbert Krapf is launching his 15th book of poetry, "Spirit Sister Dance." One of his poems can be found in stained glass at the Indianapolis International Airport.

USI Theatre: 'These Shining Lives'

Thursday through Saturday, 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., USI Performance Center, 8600 University Blvd. Tickets are $2 to $12.

Based on the true story of "Radium Girls," this play follows the story of women exploring their strength and determination during an unknown time as they worked in Evansville painting airplane parts during WWII.

UE Theatre: 'Cabaret'

Thursday through Saturday, 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., UE Shanklin Theatre, 1800 Lincoln Ave. Tickets are $18 to $20.

Set in 1929 Berlin, this play follows lustful delights paired with confusion and chaos inside the legendary Kit Kat Club

Aaron Lewis

7 p.m., Victory Theatre, 600 Main St. Tickets range from $46 to $400.

Rock artist Aaron Lewis is stopping in Evansville on his "Frayed at Both Ends" acoustic tour.

Casting Crowns: 'The Healer' tour

7 p.m., Ford Center, 1 SE Martin Luther King Blvd, Tickets are $23 to $125.

The band is back on tour with their current chart-topping "Healer," and this show will let attendees enjoy a night of worship with some of the group's favorite songs.

Friday

Evansville Philharmonic Youth Orchestra Fall Concert

7 p.m., Victory Theatre, 600 Main St. Tickets range from $5 to $15.

The EPYO and EPYO II will be performing their fall concert. The EPYO consists of Tri-State students in grades 6-9 and EPYO II consists of students in grades 9-12.

STAGEtwo Productions: 'Circles'

Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., STAGEtwo, 321 N. Congress Ave. Tickets are $15.

This play tells the story of a mother and daughter spanning over 40 years. Will they be destined to repeat learned behaviors, or can one start a new circle as the other one draws to a close?

Saturday

West Side Sportsman gun show

8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 1000 N. Peerless Road, Evansville. Tickets are $2.

Come shop for guns and other items. Breakfast and lunch will be available to attendees.

Christkindlmarkt

9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Germania Maennerchor, 916 N Fulton Ave, Free

A unique shopping experience for the whole family with more than 30 vendors, a kids' craft corner, a commemorative mug of hot cocoa, hot cider or Glühwein. Feast on German bologna, potato salad, sausage, brats, chowder and more.

Sal Vulcano

7 p.m., Victory Theatre. Tickets are $26 to $47.

Vulcano makes up one-fourth of the original "Impractical Jokers" group that has ruled the TruTV airwaves for years. Now, he's performing his stand-up comedy routine in Evansville at The Victory.

Sunday

Mistletoe Marketplace

11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Corpus Christi, 5530 Hogue Road. Admission is $2, and kids are free.

Mistletoe Marketplace features more than 60 local boutiques, crafters, and direct sales consultants. The Cheese Queen food truck will be on site. There will also be a chance raffle with proceeds benefiting the Corpus Christi Booster Club.
