12 Emmerdale spoilers for next week

In next week's Emmerdale, Cathy is heartbroken to hear she might have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
Elsewhere, Naomi is fooled by Alex as it's revealed he's using her to rob the surgery. And Moira is worried about Mack's true feelings ahead of his wedding to Charity.
Here are the 12 big moments to watch out for.
1. Cathy might have a diagnosis
After Cathy was taken into hospital, Bernice and Wendy do their best to support Bob through his worries. Soon, Manpreet and Wendy have a breakthrough and they realise Cathy might have Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.
While everyone worries about the implications, Cathy overhears them saying it might affect her for decades. Bob decides to keep it secret until they know for certain.
But Cathy has heard everything and walks in, telling them she knows what they've been saying.
2. Bob promises to support Cathy
Bob tries to tell Cathy they'll get through the situation together, whatever the diagnosis, but Cathy is still too devastated to hear it.
Cathy flees and Bob goes to find her. When he eventually catches up with her, he tells her he'll support her through anything and does his best to reassure her.
3. Marlon cancels his party
After his big falling out with Paddy, Marlon decides he's not in the mood for celebrating and cancels his birthday plans.
Later in the pub, as Mary enjoys another date with Faye, Mandy gives Paddy unsubtle hints he should make up with Marlon.
Later, Paddy calls round to Marlon's to say sorry. The friends eventually make up and share a meaningful hug. It's the best birthday gift Marlon could ask for.
4. Liam invites Paddy to move in
The next day, Paddy makes plans to go back to work and move out. He and Chas manage to have a grown up conversation about how he should break the news to Eve.
The next day, hearing Marlon's concerns about Paddy moving out of the village away from everyone he knows, Liam invites Paddy to move in.
But will Liam live to regret his invitation when Bear turns up on his doorstep too? And will Paddy's struggles continue despite the fresh start?
5. Alex behaves suspiciously
Alex has managed to pull the wool over everyone's eyes but secretly, his ears prick up when he hears about a drug delivery at the surgery.
He struggles to keep up his good guy facade as he takes a mystery phone call and pretends to an oblivious Naomi and Charles that he has a job interview.
But on the edges of the village, Alex is spotted by Chas and Belle handing money over to a mystery woman.
6. Naomi confronts Alex
Alex maintains his lie, telling Naomi in the pub that his interview went well. Feeling torn, Belle eventually tells Naomi what she saw Alex doing and Chas backs her up when Naomi doesn't believe her.
Later, Naomi catches Alex in another lie about his fake job interview and when she confronts him, he claims he has an innocent explanation.
He introduces Naomi to the mystery woman – Clare – and her son Max, explaining he's been helping her out since he met Max's dad in prison.
7. Alex breaks into the surgery
With Naomi left feeling their relationship is more secure than ever, Alex meets up with Clare again and it's revealed that his relationship with Naomi is pretend – he's using her so he can rob the surgery. Dawn tries to make Naomi see sense about Alex but she won't listen.
The next day, Alex listens in as Liam and Manpreet discuss the surgery's closure due to vandalism. Alex then steals Manpreet's keys and breaks into the surgery, armed with a crowbar.
But when Manpreet arrives at the surgery, she's confused to see the door open, and enters her office unaware that Alex is there, crowbar raised…
8. Moira gets involved in Mack and Charity's wedding
When Charity hears her hen do venue has been flooded, Moira gets roped into organising a joint stag and hen do when she's also made Mack's best man.
Charity is dubious about Mack choosing Moira and even more unimpressed when she hears the Yorkshire vs Scotland theme of the joint parties.
9. Moira has questions for Mack
Things quickly become awkward again when Chloe and Sarah arrive back in the village. Chloe admits she's back for an appointment only and will be moving to Scotland permanently. Mack's relieved.
But as Moira watches on as Chloe and Mack interact, she's suspicious that there's something not right. For now, she decides to let it lie but she's concerned Mack marrying Charity means he's turning down the chance of having kids of his own.
Worried that Mack might secretly want kids, Moira asks him outright but Charity is annoyed when she returns home to hear Moira sowing seeds of doubt in him.
10. Mack is concerned when Chloe is hurt
The joint parties get off to a bad start with both Mack and Charity unsettled after Moira's comments and it's made worse when Mack hears Ryan and Nate say they're not coming.
At the party, Moira still wants to make sure Mack is making the right choice in picking Charity over kids.
Meanwhile, Mack tells Chloe she can't stay long at the party. But before long Charity accidentally injures Chloe and Mack rushes to her side. Will Mack's overblown concern blow his secret?
11. Charity is given reason to doubt Mack
Moira continues to put a strain between Charity and Mack, so he is forced to confess what Moira's concerns are. Charity is left reeling when Mack tells her Moira's theory that he wants to be a dad more than anything.
Charity struggles to believe Mack wants her more than anything else, despite his protests that Moira is wrong. Charity walks out, leaving Mack distraught that Moira might have ruined everything for him.
12. Amelia struggles with childcare
Noah is upset when he hears Amelia contemplating quitting her college course because finding childcare is so difficult, but Dan vows to help out more.
Meanwhile, Sam gives Samson twenty quid to congratulate him on his exam results. But Samson's attitude rubs Noah up the wrong way.
