The Chicago Bears suffered a frustrating loss to the Green Bay Packers, which dropped them to 3-3 on the season. While it wasn’t an embarrassing loss, it was a reminder that this team has a long way to go if they hope to beat quality opponents.

Here are 14 crazy stats from the Bears’ loss against the Packers in Week 6.

To say the Bears have struggled in this rivalry against the Packers over the last decade would be an understatement. Green Bay has made this a one-sided rivalry as Chicago’s loss on Sunday dropped them to 3-20 against the Packers since 2011.

Khalil Mack has been on a roll through the first six weeks of the season totaling 6.0 sacks. Mack’s sack on Aaron Rodgers on Sunday marked the fifth straight game where Mack has had at least 1.0 sack.

While the game didn’t end the way Chicago would’ve liked, things got off to an encouraging start as the Bears orchestrated a 8-play, 80-yard scoring drive that ended in a Khalil Herbert touchdown. Chicago has scored a touchdown on their opening possession in all three home games this season.

The Bears pass rush remains the best in the NFL through six weeks with 20 total sacks. Khalil Mack and Robert Quinn have combined for 11.5 sacks this season, and both rank top 10 individually in sack totals with Mack at 6 and Quinn at 5.5.

Bears rank dead last in net yards of offense

The Bears offense has gotten worse each year since Matt Nagy’s been in Chicago, where they rank dead last or near it in most offensive categories, with the exception of the run game. The Bears are averaging 246.2 net yards of offensive through the first six weeks, which ranks last in the NFL.

Bears are 0-3 when scoring less than 20 points this season

Quinn Harris-USA TODAY Sports

No matter how you look at it, scoring 14 points is usually not going to be enough to win a football game — especially one against Aaron Rodgers. While the Bears have a defense that will keep them in games and can win games, their offense needs to do their part. When they’re scored 20 or more points this season, the Bears are 3-0. When they’ve scored less than 20 points, they’re 0-3.

Bears had four drives end in Green Bay territory that resulted in 0 points

Unlike last season, the Bears weren’t embarrassed in this loss. In fact, they were in it until the end. But given Chicago had four drives end in Green Bay territory — and without any points — it wasn’t a surprise that the Bears ultimately couldn’t pull off the upset, despite it being ripe for the taking.

The Bears have scored just 98 points through 6 weeks

The Bears have the third worst scoring offense in the NFL. They’ve scored just 98 points in six games, averaging 16.3 points per game. The only teams scoring less than Chicago are the Jets (13.4) and Texans (15.3).

Bears gave up 100-plus rushing yards for second time this season

USA Today Sports

The Bears have done a decent job against the run this season, with the exception of the loss to the Browns and now the Packers. Chicago allowed 154 rushing yards to Green Bay with Aaron Jones (76), AJ Dillon (59) and Aaron Rodgers (19). It was the second time this season that the Bears have given up 100-plus yards on the ground.

Matt Nagy is 1-6 against the Packers

While Matt Nagy has had success against the Vikings and Lions, the same can’t be said for the Packers. Nagy is 11-2 against Minnesota and Detroit while he’s 1-6 against Green Bay. Not exactly the success he should be having against their biggest divisional rival.

Justin Fields has been sacked the second most in the NFL

Justin Fields has been sacked 18 times this season, which is the second most in the NFL — and that’s just in 4.5 games. Essentially, he’s being sacked once every 6.5 dropbacks. Although not all of those sacks have been on the offensive line.

Cole Kmet's 49 receiving yards were a career high

Cole Kmet finally was involved in the offensive gameplan against the Packers, where he caught four passes for 49 yards on five targets. While you wouldn’t think it, those 49 yards are a career high for Kmet. Here’s hoping that career high doesn’t stick for long.

Fields clocked in as fastest QB from Week 6

Justin Fields is one of the fastest quarterbacks in the NFL, although we haven’t seen him utilize it much. But we did see some signs of it against the Packers, where Fields had six carries for 43 yards. On his 14-yard scramble, he clocked in at 20.21 miles per hour, which was the 10th fastest run of the week — and the fastest by a quarterback.
