Bringing up the heat in ‘The Holiday Exchange’!
The Hallmark Channel has assembled a star-studded cast for its new LGBTQ+ rom-com titled The Holiday Exchange.
The film follows characters Wilde Williams (played by Taylor Frey) and Oliver Whitlock (played by Rick Cosnett) as they meet on a gay app and decide to swap houses with each other for a vacation period. Fresh from a breakup, Wilde moves into Oliver’s home in a snowy fictional city called Brilfax. In turn, Oliver gets to vacation in Oliver’s place in Los Angeles.
During their journeys, Wilde and Oliver fall in love with characters Julius (played by Samer Salem) and Henry (played by Daniel Garcia). Also attached to the movie are The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards, Fire Island actor Nick Adams, The Bastard Executioner actor Lee Jones, and Glee actress Ashley Fink.

T A Y L O R F R E Y on Instagram: "World Theater Day? This deserves something. My years in New York on Broadway were some of the best of my life, and some of the hardest. I just had three main responsibilities: take class, keep a “body”, and prep extensively for auditions. But I was behind in life as a man, because I was figuring out who I was still when everyone else did so ten years ago back home because they fit the mold well. I didn’t. Theater became a haven for me to explore and try on ALL the hats, literally and figuratively until I found my home within me. I am grateful for my many casts and on and off stage families in New York who helped me learn how to shine even after the curtain came down. I’ll never forget, for the first time in my life I felt wanted and celebrated in that city for exactly who I was. We need theater, as do many coming through the ranks now too.
