"Observed container of flour, two pans of noodles, and tub of rice sitting by open back door (no barrier) without protective barrier on top to prevent contamination. Cover items properly with barrier."

"Observed back door of kitchen that leads outside wide open without screen or protective barrier to prevent pest or animals. Keep door closed or buy a protective screen that prevents pets/animals from entering."
