$150,000 winning Powerball ticket sold at Frackville store

Jul. 31—A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Schuylkill County sold a Powerball with Power Play ticket worth $150,000 for the Saturday drawing.

The Central Highway Oil Co. Gulf station at 700 Altamont Blvd., near the Route 61-Interstate 81 interchange in Frackville, earns a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The Pennsylvania Lottery said Monday that the ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 10-25-27-34-38, and the red Powerball 2 to win. Without the $1 Power Play option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play multiplier drawn was three.

Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Players may visit palottery.com for more information about how to file a claim.

More than 29,400 other PA Lottery Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing, including more than 7,400 tickets purchased with Power Play and more than 3,500 tickets purchased with Double Play.

The Powerball jackpot rolled to an estimated annuity value of $74 million, or $37.5 million cash, for Monday night's drawing.
