17 Hampton Roads teams won VHSL quarterfinals in baseball, softball and soccer. Next stop: the state semifinals Friday

Seventeen Hampton Roads teams won Virginia High School League quarterfinals Tuesday in baseball, softball and boys and girls soccer, and their quest for a crown continues with semifinals across the state Friday.

Class 6 and Class 5 semifinals and championship games are scheduled for Leesburg, Chantilly and Ashburn, while Class 4 and Class 3 teams head to the Fredericksburg area. Class 2 and Class 1 semis and championships are in the Roanoke area.

Here’s a look at Friday’s state semifinal schedule for Hampton Roads teams. Times are subject to change because of graduation ceremonies.
