1st snow of the year to kick off November; cold with wind chills in the 30s throughout the day

Light snow and rain showers will end by the evening. Bundle up if you are heading out because wind chills will be in the 20s this evening. Clouds clear up through the evening making for a cold night ahead. Temperatures will fall to the mid-20s tonight, which is near record low marks.

Expect another frosty start on Thursday morning. Sunshine and winds from the south will help kick temperatures up to the upper 40s by the afternoon. Be prepared for a cold breeze during the Steelers game tomorrow night. Kick-off temperature will be near 40° with a wind chill at around 30°. Temperatures will fall through the 30s during the game, but it will feel much colder with wind chills in the upper 20s by halftime through the rest of the evening.

It won’t be as chilly Friday — highs will jump back up to average in the mid-50s with warmer marks expected over the weekend.
