2 arrested for possession of meth, fentanyl in East Texas

RUSK COUNTY, Texas (KETK) – Two men were arrested in Rusk County after allegedly getting caught with suspected meth and fentanyl.
Traffic stop leads two arrests for suspected meth in Gun Barrel City
60-year-old Glenn Bishop and 46-year-old Patrick Garrett, both of Henderson, were arrested in a follow-up investigation of a home burglary. Bishop was charged with possession of a controlled substance and Garrett was charged with possession of a controlled substance and theft.
Bishop’s bonds totaled $7,500 and Garrett’s totaled $46,500.
Authorities are working more leads and expect more arrests as their investigation continues.
