2 Mega Millions tickets sold in Florida worth $1 million

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two lucky Mega Millions players are both $1 million richer after their tickets matched five numbers in Tuesday’s drawing.

The winning numbers were 11, 17, 33, 39, 43 and Megaball 14. The Megaplier was 4X. No ticket matched all six numbers.

According to the Florida Lottery, one of the tickets was sold at Presidente Supermarket at 2199 Northwest 36th Street in Miami. The ticket was a quick pick.

The other ticket was sold at the Circle K at 101 Buena Ventura Boulevard in Kissimmee.

If you are hoping to win the Mega Millions jackpot your chances are very slim. Mega Millions players have 1 in a 302.6 million chance of taking home the top prize.

The next drawing will be Friday for an estimated $228 million jackpot.

Tickets for the Mega Millions drawing cost $2 and are sold in 45 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
