Two restaurants failed, 24 required re-inspections, and roaches and rat droppings were observed in the latest Dallas health inspections, according to city data.

There were 1,186 inspections from April 15 to June 14.

Dallas inspections are based on a 100-point system. A score range of 100-90 is considered to be very good and the next inspection is the regular six-month inspection. Scores of 69-60 are failing and require follow-up inspection within 10 days or closure. Anything under 60 is unacceptable and requires closure and inspection before reopening.
