2 shot, 1 seriously injured, in overnight shooting at Hampton home
One man is seriously injured and another is wounded after a shooting inside a home in Hampton early Monday morning.
Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Glendale Road, off of Victoria Boulevard just down the street from Hunter B. Andrews PreK-8 School, at about 3:49 a.m.
They found two men with gunshot wounds at the scene, one with life-threatening injuries and one with less severe injuries. Both have been transported to a local hospital.
Investigators believe the two men were shot while inside a home. No further information about the motive and events leading up to the shooting have been made available.
The investigation is ongoing.
