Back when it first began in 2015, Amazon Prime Day was actually, well, a day. Fast forward to this year, where the company's biggest shopping event will offer a record-breaking two million deals from June 21 to June 22. And if that's not enough, eager beavers looking for kitchen and home markdowns can already save on a number of early Prime Day deals.

From beloved cookware brands to state-of-the-art appliances to handmade tools from small businesses, Amazon has already kicked off Prime Day savings with thousands of exclusive sales and secret promotions. The retailer's hidden coupon section that only Prime members can access has knives, grilling gear, baking essentials, and more for up to 50% off, and we've spied several marked-down entertaining and patio picks in its Spring into Summer storefront, too. The buildup to the massive shopping event also benefits thousands of small businesses, including women-owned, Black-owned, and military family-owned brands. From June 7 to June 20, Prime members who spend at least $10 on select products from small brands receive a $10 credit to use on Prime Day. Plus, shoppers can earn up to 10% back in rewards when using an Amazon Prime Rewards Visa card or Amazon Prime Store card to support certain small businesses.

We still have to wait for Amazon's biggest Prime Day discounts that drop at 3 a.m. EST on June 21, but that doesn't mean there aren't excellent deals to shop now.
