200 area people to participate in March for Life

Jan. 18—TOLEDO — Two-hundred pilgrims from the Diocese of Toledo will once again take part in the Annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. on Friday to promote respect and protection for all human life from conception to natural death.

The Diocese of Toledo gathering place to enter into the March on Friday will be at Constitution and 14th Street at 12:30 p.m.

Itinerary of Events

Thursday, Jan. 19

8:30 a.m. — Mass celebrated by Fr. Jeff Walker, pastor of St. Thomas More University Parish

9 a.m. — Gather at St. Thomas More, 425 Thurstin Ave. Bowling Green

10 a.m. — Prayer and board all buses

11 a.m. — Depart from St. Thomas More

12:15 p.m. — Pick up Mansfield attendees at Walmart, 340 Westwind Dr., Norwalk

9:30 p.m. — Arrive and check-in at hotel

Friday, Jan.20

8:30 a.m. — Board all buses for travel to Mass at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception 400 Michigan Avenue NE, Washington, DC

9:30 a.m. — Mass at the Basilica celebrated by Fr. David Kidd

10:30 a.m. — Board all buses to L'Enfant Plaza for lunch at National Mall — 429 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, DC 20024

Noon — March For Life Rally on the National Mall

12:30 p.m. — Gather at meeting point to join the March for Life — Constitution and 14th Street

4 p.m. — Bus pick-up at Union Station and return to hotel

Saturday, Jan. 21

7 a.m. — Hotel check-out

7:45 a.m. — Ride buses to Students for Life of America (SFLA) National Pro-Life Summit at Omni Shoreham Hotel—2500 Calvert St NW.

2 p.m. — Buses depart from Pro-Life Summit to Ohio

10 p.m. — Drop of Mansfield attendees at Walmart in Norwalk

11:30 p.m. — Arrive in Bowling Green, 425 Thurstin Ave. Bowling Green
