Yahoo Autos Get Your 2019 American State Trooper Pinup Calendar Now
Every year, the American Association of State Troopers (AAST) puts out a wall calendar that features the sexiest troopers from different states. The 13 winners are voted for on the group's Facebook page, with this year's contest receiving more than 250,000 total Likes. The AAST has released the new list of winners and a teaser photo of the cover of the 2019 calendar, and it's sure to get hearts racing. But, if you couldn't tell by the image above, the calendar is for the hottest state trooper cars. Sorry to disappoint.
This year, the Kentucky State Police were voted #1. The state's silver Dodge Charger features on the cover of the calendar. The Michigan State Police, C/D's favorite-or is it least favorite?-nabbed ninth place with its distinctive bright-blue Charger. The other calendar states in the 13-month calendar, in order, are Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Delaware, Idaho, Texas, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania.
Of the 13 featured cop cars, eight are Dodge Chargers, and all but one are the newest version of the four-door muscle car. Three Chevrolet Tahoes and two Ford Explorers round out the list, and three of the states included their helicopters, too. Tough luck for other currently available police vehicles, including the Chevy Express van, the Dodge Durango, and Ford's F-150, Fusion, Taurus, and Transit-better luck next year.
The calendar is available to order now on the AAST website, and PayPal or credit cards are accepted for the $10 postpaid charge. That's a small price to pay for a whole year of hot state troopers adorning your wall, and proceeds go to the American Association of State Troopers Foundation, which gives scholarships to family and dependents of members.
