Girlfriend Collective has been a socially conscious apparel brand creating athletic wear from plastic bottles. But The Scrunchie is made from one water bottle that’s “diverted from landfills” and saves .13 gallons of water for each one made.
The brand has already sold out of its limited edition burnt orange color. However, the brand still carries The Scrunchie in smoke gray, midnight blue and black. Plus, some of the photos on the site suggest more colors are coming.
